Talking to each other differently at home — no shouting, no judgment, no miracle solution.

8 modules for parents, couples and grandparents: Marshall Rosenberg's process learned through everyday scenes — mealtime, homework, screens, sibling quarrels — then listening, anger, children according to their age, teenagers, the couple, and the moment when one asks for help.

What you learn

A way of talking to each other, learned through everyday life.

Talking to Each Other Differently

Where NVC comes from, giraffe and jackal, then the four steps — observing without judging, naming what one feels, recognising one's need, asking clearly — with scenes of mealtimes, homework, screens and tidying up.

Listening to and Moving Through Anger

The empathy that is neither consolation nor advice, listening to a child who is crying or a teen who stays silent, the parent's anger translated before it explodes, the child's meltdown, and the repair after an argument.

With each person, according to their age

Young children, school-age children and siblings, adolescents, the couple and co-parenting, grandparents, blended or separated families: the same process, adapted to each person's place.

What NVC does not solve

Rituals that last, gratitude, accepting one's limits as a parent — and the signs that make it essential to ask for help, with the resources in Switzerland: doctor, 147, 143, child protection.

At the heart of the method

Observe, feel, understand the need, ask — the words of the home.

A dialogue tool, not a miracle solution

Nonviolent communication helps a family speak to one another; it does not make children obedient, does not erase tiredness or disagreements, and replaces neither paediatrics, nor family therapy, nor professional mediation. Faced with violence, fear in a child or distress, the training teaches how to ask for help — without shame. Each module recalls this framework from its own angle.
